Direct Export Plug-in for Reference Manager
 
This utility will install the Direct Export Plug-in required to export references from various web-based products and services into Reference Manager.  If you are running Reference Manager version 9.5, 10.x, or 11, you probably do not need to download this utility because the Direct Export Plug-in should already be installed and configured.  However, if you encounter problems with direct export you can always use this utility to re-install the plug-in.
 
Download Instructions

  1. Click the link below and save the file -- called "risweb.exe" -- to a convenient location on your hard drive such as your desktop.

  2. Close all open programs (especially your web browser).

  3. Double-click or run the risweb.exe file and follow the prompts to install.
