Terms 7: What is the correct way to enter keywords that consist of more than one word (e.g. "water moccasin")?

Answer: You could enter "water", "moccasin", and "water moccasin" as three separate keywords, but consider what you will probably search for later.

Remember, in a database that deals entirely with Water Habitats, the word "water" is important but it isn’t a good keyword since it would probably retrieve everything. Using "salt water" and "fresh water" might be better. "Water moccasin" has a very specific meaning, but it wouldn’t necessarily be a keyword unless you think you might want to refer to it specifically.

Remember you can always search Non-indexed fields to find words in any reference field.
