Searching 1: I am trying to search PubMed using a direct connection with Reference Manager 9.5 or earlier, but I always get a message, "No documents found for the specified search". How can I fix this?

Answer: Changes implemented by the National Library of Medicine to the servers that host the PubMed database have caused this feature in Reference Manager versions 9.5 and earlier to fail.
