Install 6: I have installed the full version, but it says that it's the demo version instead. How can I resolve this?

Answer: Run the "Configure Reference Manager" option under "Start > Programs > Reference Manager" and the problem should be resolved.

Note that this option is available for Reference Manager 11 users only.

If you are still having issues, or if you are using Reference Manager 10 or earlier, you should reinstall the program.

Log into your standard account, and make sure you have administrative rights for the install.

If you install the program under one Windows account and then log in as another user, the program will be a demo for that account.
