Do the tools install for more than one user account? |
Answer:
Reference Manager 12: Installing Reference Manager 12 on the computer should install the tools for all users on the local machine.
Reference Manager 11 or earlier: Only the
account you were logged in with at the time of installation will have
the tools automatically added to Word. For other accounts, you will
need to add the tools manually to Word.
