When trying to install Reference Manager 11, I'm getting a 1722 error. How can I resolve this? |

Answer:
First, make certain that you are using Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or higher or Windows XP, as Reference Manager 11 is not compatible with earlier versions of Windows.
Additionally, make certain that you are logged in as an administrator, and that all anti-virus and anti-spyware software is turned off. This should allow you to install the software without getting the 1722 error message.
