Install 15: I just bought the download version from the ShopISI website, but when I try to run the installer file I always get an error message that reads "Not a valid Win32 application". What's wrong and how can I fix it?

Answer: This means that the installer file you downloaded is corrupted, possibly because the download did not finish.

Try downloading the installer file again. Please see this FAQ if you need to repeat the download process.
