I just bought the download version from the ShopISI website, but I am not sure where I saved the installer file I just downloaded. What is this file called? How can I find it on my computer? |

Answer:
If you bought the "Full Win Download" version of Reference Manager 11, the installer file is called "RefMan11.exe".
If you bought the "Upgrade Win Download" version, the file is called "RM11upgd.exe".
If you cannot find the file, click the Windows Start button and select "Search" or "Find" and run a file search on your hard drive for the filename.
