8:
Why did I receive the message "The database was beyond Reference Manager’s ability to rebuild it. To access this database, you will need to restore a backup of the database" when I tried to rebuild a database? |
|
Answer:
The information contained in this database was so badly corrupted that Reference Manager could not recognize enough information to rebuild it.
Data will not be able to be recovered, and you will need to restore from a backup copy in order to be able to access the database.
Ensuring that you have current backup copies of your database allows you to resume use of your database without the loss of too much important information.
