In Reference Manager 12, When more than a few people are in the database, we are noticing slowness. How can we correct this? |
Answer:
There is a known reproducible issue that appears to cause this. We are looking to address this in future updates to the program.
At this point, one thing that alleviates the problem is
sorting one field in the database- clicking on the author column for example (which sorts the database by author) does correct the slowdown for this Reference Manager session.
