When printing a bibliography I checked the box to include an optional field (such as reference ID) but it didn’t print. Why not? |

Answer:
In order for an optional field (reference ID, notes, abstract, reprint status or keywords) to print, that field must be defined in the output style you selected and you must check the box to include the optional field.
