CWYW 16: Why did I receive the message "Please select 1024 or fewer characters" when attempting to insert a citation using Insert Citation?

Answer: The maximum number of characters you can use when entering identifying text is 1,024. This message appears when you enter identifying text in your document, highlight the text and then choose Insert Citation.
